Here’s an overview of how our process works:

1. You choose how much time you’d like to buy via our purchase page and purchase the block of time via PayPal. The price gets lower per hour the larger the block of time you buy.
2. Once you have purchased your block your account will be created automatically and you’ll be taken to a simple “briefing” page where you give us some basic information about how you’d like your helper to communicate with you.
3. Within 24 hours you’ll be contacted by your assigned Helper, who’ll liaise with you via email and/or Skype to complete your tasks.
4. You’ll receive detailed time sheets outlining your Helper’s use of the time, including still photos of their screen while they are “on the clock”.
5. When you’ve used up the allotted time purchased you can choose to buy more time with the same Helper or be assigned a different helper based on your feedback.
