We are taking applications from people interested in becoming part of our team of on-call virtual helpers.

This role would involve helping Australian businesses with day to day tasks such as:

  • Data entry
  • Transcription
  • Customer service
  • Basic graphic design
  • Image editing and processing
  • Website administration (e.g. WordPress)
  • Email management and marketing
  • Telephone marketing and appointment setting
  • Word Processing
  • Content writing

Full time and part time roles are available.

How the Application Process Works

After we receive your application form (below), we will assess your application to decide if you are a good fit to help our clients.

Then we’ll contact you to arrange a Skype interview, where we’ll ask you more questions about your experience and skills.

If the interview goes well, we’ll add you to our team as either a part-time or full-time Virtual Helper, depending on your availability and current demand.

We’ll explain everything about payment methods, working hours, and expected standards during your Skype interview.
